The experts at MeCon GmbH

We are a team of around 20 dedicated staff members – including our trainees and freelance colleagues. We also benefit from the expertise of a Japanese tax adviser and an American CPA, who provide us with regular support.
What unites us is a shared goal: to achieve the best possible outcome through a trusting partnership with you. Our interdisciplinary approach enables us to analyse complex issues holistically and develop solutions that are both technically sound and practical.

In addition to our permanent staff, we are supported by a number of freelancers whom we are happy to call upon when specific issues arise.

Freelancer

These include, amongst other things:

an American chartered accountant (Certified Public Accountant – CPA) with additional certification as a CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor). He assists us with audits of the internal control system (particularly with regard to Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act), matters relating to IT strategy and IT management, and the auditing and monitoring of IT systems and IT processes.
a Japanese tax adviser (under German law) who can provide our Japanese clients with specialist advice in their native language if they so wish, and who supports us with cross-cultural issues
further highly skilled professionals in the field of payroll and financial accounting with many years’ experience
